В работе представлен аналитический обзор основных работ, посвящённых творчеству А. Блока, от первых упоминаний до исследований последних десятилетий. In the article there has been reviewed the history of Block’s works studies, the basic approaches to the analysis of A. Block’s works have been described, the most acute and efficient strategies have been put forward. The analytical review on the main works dedicated to А. Block’s works including the first mentioning up to the last decades studies has been submitted.

N.Рассматриваются второстепенные персонажи и выполняемые ими функции в книге Дж. Р. Р. Толкина «Дети Хурина». Проблема влияния мирового эпического наследия на генезис образов данного типа в художественных произведениях писателя является одной из наименее исследованных. Таким образом, в центре внимания статьи находятся параллели между второстепенными персонажами «Детей Хурина» и древних памятников героического эпоса, в частности, англосаксонской поэмы «Беовульф». Анализ проведён с помощью дескриптивного и компаративного методов. Областью применения результатов исследования могут стать лекции по истории английской литературы, истории зарубежной литературы Средних веков, а также по мифологии и культурологии. The main characters of any literary work usually attract more attention of researchers while the minor ones are left in the shade. This study has been intended to shed light on the question of minor characters and their and role in ‘‘The children of Hurin’’ by J. R. R. Tolkien. While some common features of secondary characters are well observed some deep and archetypical traits are not so obvious that’s why it’s essential to study the ‘‘mythological sources’’ and especially those of Anglo-Saxon and Ancient Greek origin. There are some common archaic motives which can be found throughout Tolkien’s epics. Among them are the motives of acquiring a magic helper who can be represented by an anthropomorphic creature as well as various animals such as a dog, a horse, an eagle and others. The helpers can be obtained after completing some dangerous tasks or as a result of courteous attitudes. The rivals of the main characters can transform from simply enviers to antagonists. The writer follows the main mythological and epic tradition while creating his personages and determining their functions in the plot. The secondary characters help the main hero to perform his epic tasks and reveal the heroic features of the character.

M.Обсуждается проблема взаимодействия профессии и личности, проявляющегося в конструктивных и деструктивных вариантах профессионального развития. Новизна обсуждаемой проблемы определяется недостатком системных исследований профессионального и личностного развития специалиста в процессе профессионализации. Представлены результаты исследования некоторых личностных детерминант профессиональных деформаций (рефлексивность, ригидность мышления) и синдрома психического выгорания у представителей социономических профессий с разным стажем работы. In the article there have been presented the results of research on the features of manifesting some personal determinants of professional deformations (reflexivity, rigid thinking) by the representatives of socionomic professions, as well as the link between the phenomenon under study and the indicators of emotional burnout syndrome. In the research the respondents with different work experience had differences in the manifestations of professional deformations. It was concluded that the tendency to deform a personality tends to peak out after 10 years of work record. Some general recommendations aimed at the prevention of professional deformations are recognition and understanding of the professional development shifts, mastering the mental flexibility and creative potential.

V.В статье рассматривается теоретический подход к изучению социально-политических позиций, основанный на теории черт личности Г. Айзенка. Представлены результаты исследования социально-политических позиций студентов педагогического учреждения высшего образования. Выявлено влияние фактора пола на суперфакторы «радикализм-консерватизм» и «жёсткость-мягкость», что согласуется с исследованиями автора методики. Подробно освещена методика определения социально-политических позиций, описаны значения шкал. Проанализированы основные этапы психометрической проверки методики: согласованность шкал, валидность, надёжность. In the article the theoretical approach to the study of the social and political positions based on the theory of G. Eysenck’s personality traits is described. The author shows the results of the study on the social and political attitudes carried out by the students of BSPU. The influence of gender factor on super factor ‘‘radicalism—conservatism’’ and ‘‘rigidity—softness’’ has been found out, which agrees with the author’s research methods. The details covering the method of determining the socio-political positions, the scale meanings are analyzed. The basic stages of psychometric testing techniques, such as the consistency of scale, validity, reliability are put forward.
