В статье рассматриваются некоторые вопросы уголовного судопроизводства, связанные с возможным расширением примирительных процедур (медиации) на различных стадиях уголовного судопроизводства; предлагается внести изменения в уголовно-процессуальный закон.
The article considers some of the controversial issues of the criminal proceedings related to possible extension of conciliation procedures (mediation) at different stages of criminal proceedings. The possible alterations of the criminal procedure law are suggested.
