    Инструментарий интегрированного анализа внешней и внутренней среды предприятия

    В статье рассматривается авторская методика анализа предприятия с помощью PEST-MICRO, в которой PEST-анализ дополнен блоком MICRO, включающим ключевые элементы микросреды. Предложенная методика анализа является универсальным инструментом стратегического планирования, применимым к предприятиям любой отрасли. Она позволяет выявить внешние и внутренние воздействия, классифицировать их как угрозы или возможности, оценить степень их влияния и разработать конкретные управленческие решения. This article discusses the authorʼs methodology for enterprise analysis using PEST-MICRO, in which PEST analysis is supplemented with a MICRO component that includes key elements of the microenvironment. The proposed analysis methodology is a universal solution applicable to enterprises in any industry. It enables to identify external and internal impacts, classify them as threats or opportunities, assess their environmental impact, and formulate specific management decisions. Using a combination of the two techniques makes it possible to increase the objectivity of the results obtained. The developed methodology is illustrated by the example of one of the largest enterprises in the Republic of Belarus, Gomel Chemical Plant, operating in a complex but manageable external environment, influenced by many macro- and microenvironment factors.
