dc.description.abstractВ статье рассмотрены действия института уполномоченных Совета по делам Русской православной церкви при Совете Министров БССР по реализации постановления Совета Министров СССР от 16 марта 1961 года «Об усилении контроля за выполнением законодательства о культах» в 1961—1965 годах. Значительное внимание уделяется вопросу состояния православной церкви БССР в связи с выполнением постановления Совета Министров от 16 марта 1961 года. Выявлены неизвестные ранее данные о нарушении законодательства органами местной власти по отношению к Русской православной церкви в Советской Белоруссии. Хронологические рамки данной статьи ограничены периодом с 1961 по 1965 год, так как это время отмечено выполнением уполномоченными Совета по делам Русской православной церкви постановления Совета Министров СССР от 16 марта 1961 года, следствием которого стал контроль над процессом формирования церковных советов в целях ограничения деятельности духовенства и снижения влияния православной церкви на население республики. Russian Orthodox Church Affairs under the Council of Ministers of the BSSR on the implementation of the decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR of The article discusses the actions of the institution of the authorized representatives of the Council for March 16, 1961 “On strengthening control over the implementation of legislation on cults” in the period (1961—1965). Considerable attention is paid to the issue of the state of the Orthodox Church of the BSSR in connection with the implementation of the Council of Ministers Decree of March 16, 1961. Previously unknown data are revealed about the violation of the legislation by local authorities in relation to the Russian Orthodox Church in Soviet Belarus. The chronological scope of this article is limited to the period from 1961 to 1965, because this period was marked by the implementation of the decree of the USSR Council of Ministers of March 16, 1961, by commissioners of the Council for the Affairs of the Russian Orthodox Church (CAROC). The result of the decree was control over the process of forming church councils with the aim of limiting the clergy activities and reducing the influence of the Orthodox Church on the population of the republic.en_US
