Teaching staff are still (for the most part) have not mastered advanced teaching methods of work based on the extensive use of new information technologies, the use of modern teaching methods. At the same time, they must have professional knowledge in the field of ICT. In the paper proposed the way of modernization of Kazakhstan continuing education in the field of ICT.
