Abstract:
В статье рассмотрена методика оценки комплексности развития малого предпринимательства в регионах Республики
Беларусь (на примере Брестской области) на основе расчёта долевого, темпового и комплексного индексов. Проведена дифференциация районов по приоритетности развития, что способствует оптимизации распределения бюджетных средств и региональных ресурсов на поддержку малого бизнеса.
The article describes some method of estimating the complexity of small business development in the regions of the Republic
of Belarus (by the example of Brest region) on the basis of equity, tempo and complex indices calculation. The differentiation of areas
for priority development is conducted, and it contributes to the process of optimization of budget allocation and regional distribution
of resources on the purpose to support small businesses.
